Our Local Staff

Dennis D. Fetzer, Executive Director

Dennie joined the Bridge of Hope Centre County team in March 2017. He is a life long resident of Centre County and earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State. Dennie spent over 30 years in the financial services industry and brings a solid background to Bridge of Hope in financial management/responsibility. Dennie is active in many other local organizations such as United Way, CACJ, and the Downtown State College Improvement District.

“I am excited to be part of Bridge of Hope Centre County. In addition to my financial work experience in banking, I have been very active in numerous local nonprofit boards and committees. My goal is to improve the visibility and strength of Bridge of Hope Centre County to best serve the single moms in our community. Carpe diem.”


RoseAnn Hill, Family Resource Coordinator

RoseAnn began working at Bridge of Hope Centre County in September 2015. Some of her past work includes mental health therapist and clinician in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. She has experience in providing one on one therapy, leading groups, teaching classes and providing case management services.  She is married with three children. She also holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Michigan State University and has a strong sense of social justice and understanding of cultural and socioeconomic differences.

“I am excited to be a part of the Bridge of Hope Centre County team. Bridge of Hope provides a great model for addressing the multifaceted issue of homeless families. I truly believe it is possible to bring hope to single mothers in need of housing through highlighting and building on their strengths and providing support over an extended period of time. It is an honor to work with these women and to empower them to provide for their families and to give back to their community.”


Rosita Derstine, Office Assistant

Rosita joined our Staff in May 2015.  Rosita is thrilled to join the staff after being involved with Bridge of Hope Centre County as a past member of the communications and fundraising committee, and as a past Board member.  She has lived in State College with her husband and two children for 15 years and is a member of University Mennonite Church.
